The condition of the environment around the cows will also be tracked from the smartwatch.

Study author Xutao Zhang said that daily exercise, reproductive cycle, diseases suffered by cows, milk production, etc. will be monitored through smartwatches. This will help in improving the health and breeding of cows. Apart from this, the condition of the environment around the cows will also be tracked. This includes oxygen level, temperature, humidity in the air and weather conditions.

Smartwatch tested on humans
The development of smartwatch is still in the early stage. It was tested on humans before cows. It was found that the device captures even a small jogging activity. In this, the temperature and other measurements are recorded immediately. Scientists believe that along with cows, this device can also be useful in the daily life of humans.
