New Delhi:

Delhi BJP vice-president Shazia Ilmi has filed a case of misconduct and intimidation against former Bahujan Samaj Party MP Akbar Ahmed Dumpy. A case has been registered on 6 February at Vasant Kunj police station in Delhi. Shazia has said in her complaint that she had gone to a dinner party of a person named Chetan Seth in Vasant Kunj. There were also many ambassadors.

It is alleged that there was an argument with Shazia’s former MP Dumpy. It is alleged that Dumpy started making lewd and vulgar comments during the debate on Shazia. Even after refusing Dumpy did not listen and started making noise to threaten Shazia. Shazia reported this incident to the police on 5 February.

The BJP leader has said in her complaint that while she was talking to the Chilean ambassador about the law of her country, during that time, BSP leader Dumpy came there and started abusing Prime Minister Narendra Modi. However, many people present there forbade him to do so but he did not agree and kept abusing the PM.

Shazia has said in her complaint that Akbar Ahmed Dumpy also made sexual comments against him. Shazia Ilmi had earlier complained to Chittaranjan Park police station but Vasant Kunj was the place of dinner party, so the police registered a case under section 506, 509 of IPC at Vasant Kunj South police station on the complaint of Shazia Ilmi.
