These include 273 from Raipur district, 128 from Durg, 171 from Rajnandgaon, 141 from Balod, 59 from Bemetra, 43 from Kabirdham, 46 from Dhamtari, 124 from Balodabazar, 67 from Mahasamund, 49 from Gariaband, 116 from Bilaspur, 224 from Raigad 238 from Korba, 229 from Janjgir, Champa, 31 from Mungeli, Gaurela, Pendra, 19 from Marwahi, 55 from Surguja, 49 from Korea, 18 from Surajpur, 25 from Balrampur, 41 from Jashpur, 23 from Bastar, 20 from Kondagaon, 47 from Dantewada, six from Sukma, 22 from Kanker, three from Narayanpur, 11 from Bijapur, and six patients from other states.
Officials said that 2,21,688 people have been confirmed infected in Chhattisgarh so far. 1,98,316 patients have become infection free after treatment, 20,659 patients are under treatment in the state. 2713 virus-infected people have died in the state. Coronavirus infection has been confirmed to be highest among 44,570 people in Raipur district of the state. In the district, 642 people have died of corona virus infection.
During the 24 hours ended on Saturday, 175 new cases of corona virus infection were reported in Jharkhand, which increased the number of infected to 1,07,332, while six more people died due to infection, which increased the number of dead to 945 in the state. This information was given in the report released by the Health Department on Saturday night. In Jharkhand, 1,03,957 people have been cured so far, while treatment of 2430 people continues in various hospitals. While 945 people have died due to infection.
