The Union Health Secretary said, “On an average, 966 cases are being reported daily in India. The positivity rate was 0.09 percent in the second week of February, which has now become 1%. Maharashtra, Gujarat, Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Delhi, Himachal and Rajasthan are registering the maximum number of cases in 8 states. Instructions were given to these states as to what to do?
