Anti-viral activity is found

Experimental findings have shown that tea (black and green tea, scientific name- Camellia sinensis) as well as anti-viral activity are found in Haritaki (Terminalia chebula). The study reported that this one-of-a-kind extract of this virus acts as a potential anti-viral through in-vitro inhibition of proteolytic activity of 3CL. There is a potential treatment for SARS-COVID-2 infection which should be further validated with the in-vivo model.

The test has been performed at about 51 medical plants on 3CLPro protease. The study says that this protein is effective in preventing virus infection.
