The Congress leader has also written about today’s Tamil Nadu tour in his second tweet. He has written that he will be witness to the controversial Jallikattu festival today. He wrote in Tamil, “I am coming to Tamil Nadu to celebrate Pongal with you today. I will participate in the Jallikattu festival in Madurai.” Congress leaders from the southern state said their visit would “honor farmers and the courageous Tamil culture.”
Let us know that on the border of Delhi, all three have been supporting thousands of farmers protesting on the demand to withdraw the new agricultural laws. These protesters include farmers from Punjab, Haryana and other states. They allege that the central government has left them dependent on corporates through new laws.
