SGPC Principal Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami.
The Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) has decided to move court against the repeated parole granted to Ram Rahim, head of the Dera Sacha Sauda in Sirsa. SGPC Principal Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami alleged that Ram Rahim is inciting the faith of Sikhs by coming out on parole.
Dhami also lambasted the BJP-JJP government of Haryana and the central government for repeatedly giving parole to Ram Rahim.

Dhami said that Ram Rahim was given parole 4 times in a year. On the other hand, if the captive Sikhs, after taking parole once, file an application for parole for the second time, they are refused saying that they have already been discharged. Apart from this, the application related to the parole of the captive Sikhs is rejected by calling them a threat.
Dhami announced that the SGPC would file an application in the Punjab and Haryana High Court against the parole granted to Ram Rahim.

SGPC chief Harjinder Singh Dhami said that Sri Sahib is a religious symbol associated with the faith of Sikhs and it is included in the five kakaros given by Guru Sahib. Ram Rahim cut the cake with this kirpan after getting parole last days. By doing this, he has done the work of hurting and provoking the faith of the Sikhs. The Sikh community will not tolerate any such act.
