Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has ordered a magisterial inquiry into the entire matter. After the dead body of a girl was found in Gawli Palasia village of Dongargaon Chowki area, the family members of the girl were informed by the police and her post-mortem was done. Since then, the relatives had reached the police station with the dead body of the girl and the road was blocked, after which the agitated crowd pelted stones at the police station, in which some police officers were injured.
However, the police resorted to firing and lathicharge to pacify the agitated crowd. Meanwhile, 18-year-old Bherulal also died due to bullet injuries. Let us inform that the police had already registered a case of Section 302 against the accused on the complaint of the family members and the said accused was taken into custody by the police in the evening itself. Still, a crowd of people jammed the wheel by keeping the dead body of the girl on the road and demanded that the accused be handed over to them, they themselves will give death sentence to the accused.
