There has been a change in the policy regarding testing of corona in the country. If any positive has been detected in RTPCR and Rapid Antigen, then RTPCR will be needed again. On the other hand, RTPCR TEST will not be required for those who are discharged from the hospital after being repaired from Corona. If someone is traveling inter-state and he is healthy, his RTPCR TEST will not be needed. There are 2506 labs in the country. In the second wave, due to more cases of corona and the infection of the staff working in the lab, the challenge regarding the test has increased, in view of which the testing strategy has been changed.

Significantly, in the second wave of Corona, the number of new cases in the country is increasing rapidly. On Tuesday, the total number of Kovid-19 infected also crossed the 2 crore mark. According to the data released by the Union Health Ministry, more than three lakh cases were registered again on Tuesday. In the last 24 hours, 3,57,229 new cases of infection have been registered in the country, after which the total number of cases has increased to 2,0282833. At the same time, 3449 people have died in this period and the total number of dead has increased to 2 lakh 22 thousand 408. The most worrying is the increasing number of active patients of Kovid-19.

According to the data released by the Ministry of Health, currently 34 lakh 47 thousand 133 patients are in active condition in the country. Their treatment is either undergoing treatment at the hospital or under the guidelines of the doctors, they are in home isolation.
