Cebu Pacific to Launch Direct Flights Between Clark and Seoul, South Korea

Cebu Pacific has unveiled plans to launch direct
flights between its hub at Clark International Airport and Seoul,
South Korea.

Currently travellers in and around Clark would
need to transit in Cebu before flying on to Seoul.

Starting 5 May, the airline will operate daily
direct flights from Clark (CRK) to Incheon (ICN), with flight 5J 176
scheduled to depart Clark at 16:35 and arrive at Incheon at
21:45.

The return flight, 5J 177, is slated to leave Incheon International Airport at
22:45, arriving back at Clark at
02:05 the following day.

South Korea is home to one of the most vibrant cultures in
East Asia. The country is known not only for its world-famous BBQ
and many other culinary delights such as kimchi, but also for its
television shows and films, outstanding natural beauty, the
traditional hanbok clothing,
and K-pop bands.

The launch of Clark
– Incheon route brings the total number of international
destinations that can be reached from Clark to six. Previously,
the airline indicated that it would operate eight domestic and
five international destinations from Clark.

To support its
expansion, Cebu Pacific will lease and base three aircraft at Clark
International Airport, in addition to the 10 new Airbus NEO
aircraft that will be delivered in 2023.

Cebu Pacific now flies to 34 domestic and 25
international destinations, spanning across Asia, Australia and
the Middle East.
