Rate of Remedisvir will not be more than 3500
The Central Government took two important decisions on Wednesday to address the shortage of Remadecivir injections being used in the treatment of Corona. According to Union Minister Mansukh Mandavia, the cost of this injection will be Rs 3500 from the end of this week. Not only this, its production will also double from the end of April. For this, 6 more companies have been approved to produce it. There are a total of 7 manufacturers of Remadecivir injections in the country at present. Currently, 38.80 lakh injections are being produced every month in the country. About 8 million injections will be ready by the end of this month.
CBSE examinations postponed after PM Modi’s meeting
In view of the increasing cases of Corona, the Center took a major decision for CBSE Students on Wednesday. The government has canceled the exams for class 10 starting May 4 and postponed the class 12 for the time being. The government will now decide on the 12th examination on 1 June. If it is decided to take the exam, then students will be given 15 days time, that is, the exam will be done only after June 15. These decisions were taken in the meeting of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank. An official associated with the Ministry of Education said that even online exams of 12th are not possible on short notice.
Hyderabad team stuck on Chennai’s turning track
The sixth match of IPL-2021 was played between Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) at Chepak Stadium, Chennai. Rajasthan Board also postponed the examinations of 10th-12th

The Education Department had proposed this to Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot. He approved it. The government has decided to promote the students of 8th, 9th and 11th to the next classes. The Secondary and Higher Secondary examinations in Rajasthan were scheduled to begin on May 6. At the same time, the 8th board pattern examination was also starting from May 5. These exams have also been canceled. The government may now decide to close all schools soon.
New patients increased 3 times in a week in UP
Things are getting worse in Uttar Pradesh. On Wednesday, all records of new Corona patients were broken in the state. For the first time, more than 20 thousand new cases have been found in 24 hours. This number is 20,512. On April 7, 6002 cases were found in UP. On March 8, this number was just 101. This was followed by a sudden explosion of corona. Till now Maharashtra was the only state where more than 20 thousand patients are leaving everyday. There are 1.11 lakh active cases in the state. Infosys will give job to 26 thousand freshers in profit

After presenting good quarterly results, Infosys has said to give jobs to 26 thousand freshers. The company reported a profit of Rs 5,074 crore during January to March. It was Rs 5,193 crore in the third quarter. The board of Infosys has also approved the offer of share buyback of Rs 9200 crore. The price of one share in the buyback has been fixed at Rs 1750.

Why is RT-PCR not catching the virus?

CBI questioned Anil Deshmukh
CBI questioned former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh on the allegations of former Mumbai Commissioner Parambir Singh. The inquiry was conducted at the DRDO Guest House in Mumbai. The Bombay High Court has ordered the CBI to investigate the allegations and submit a report in 15 days, on the plea of advocate Jayashree Patil. Parambir Singh alleges that Deshmukh had given a target of recovering Rs 100 crore to Sachin Vazh, an accused in the Antilia case. Deshmukh was summoned for questioning on Tuesday. Earlier, the CBI has questioned Deshmukh’s 2 private secretaries for 10 hours.
7500 crore fine on ship that jammed Suez Canal
The local authority has imposed a hefty fine of Rs 7500 crore on the cargo ship Ever Given, stranded in Egypt’s Suez Canal for 6 days. The route got jammed due to the ship being stranded in the canal from 23 to 29 March. This halted the movement of about 150 other ships. This resulted in a loss of more than $ 95 million (Rs 714 crore) to the Suez Canal Authority as transit fees. Now the government has seized the ship. Traffic in the canal was shut down due to the ship getting stuck. This resulted in a loss of 4 lakh 32 thousand crore rupees.
US will call back all soldiers from Afghanistan
