Canara Bank SO Recruitment: Canara Bank has issued a recruitment notification for 220 vacant posts of Specialist Officer. The application window is on canarabank.com from 25 November to 15 December. No date has been announced for the online recruitment examination. It is expected to be held in January or February.
As per the official notification of Canara Bank, “Based on the number of vacancies, the bank reserves the right to shortlist the required number of candidates and only those shortlisted candidates will be called for group discussion and / or interview.
Canara Bank SO recruitment 2020: Eligibility Criteria
– Graduate level degree from a recognized institute or university.
– Working knowledge of computers Hindi language communication
The candidates have to appear for the online recruitment test, and then for group discussion discussion and job interview.
To apply for this government job, the candidates should be at least 20 years old. Upper age limit is different for different posts and age relaxation will be given as per government norms.
For JMGS-I Level Posts: 20 year upper limit
For MMGHS-II posts: 22-35 years of age
For MMGS-III posts: 25-38 years age group
Age will be calculated by October 1, 2020.
The online recruitment exam for this government job will have 150 questions of 200 marks to be solved in two hours. For each wrong answer, one-fourth of the marks or 0.25 marks will be deducted for each question. The minimum cut-off marks and total score for each subject will be decided by Canara Bank.
