Bihar: Tractor rally in Madhepura in protest against farm laws


Farmers took out a tractor rally in Madhepura, Bihar to protest against the agricultural laws.


Implemented by the central government Agricultural laws A huge tractor rally was organized in Madhepura, calling Farm Laws as black law. Hundreds of tractors left the bus stop and reached the collectorate by touring the market. The rally was supported by opposition parties. Farmer (Farmers) and party supporters were raising anti-government slogans.

The tractor rally which came out in protest against the three agricultural laws was changing the picture of Madhepura. For a while, the city traffic was almost halted. Take back the black law, implement SSP of grains, placards were written like slogans. The rally turned into a gathering once the collectorate arrived.

MLA Chandrashekhar addressed the farmers in the meeting. The legislator said that the Central Government will have to withdraw the Agricultural Laws made to please industrialists. A policy of purchasing food grains will have to be prepared on MSC. Farmers will do farming on their own land. If the government does not withdraw all the three laws then it will have to step down.
