Bengaluru Corona Cases Today: In view of the rising havoc of Corona, the Bangalore Police on Wednesday banned the use of Swimming Pool, Gym, Party Hall and other such places. All such facilities and centers running in buildings within the city limits will be banned till further orders. Corona cases are increasing wildly in Maharashtra’s capital Mumbai and the country’s capital, Delhi.
The Bengaluru Police Commissioner said in a notice on Wednesday, that in view of the increasing transition in the capital of Karnataka, the Chief Secretary and Chairman, State Executive Committee, Management Authority have decided to enforce these restrictions collectively.
Under this, the use of places such as swimming pools, gyms and party halls in buildings or residential premises has been banned. 4266 new corona cases were found in Bengaluru on Wednesday, which is more than 70 percent of the total cases of Karnataka.
Whereas, gyms outside the city will be able to remain open with 50 per cent capacity. In Karnataka, the maximum number of cases are coming out in the capital city of Bengaluru. Like other parts of the country, Karnataka is facing the second wave of corona virus. Karnataka has become the third largest corona-affected state in the country after Maharashtra, Kerala. By the end of March, about 2,000 cases were being received daily in Bengaluru, of which 50 per cent were small children below the age of 10 years. Due to increasing corona cases, beds in most hospitals are also getting scarcity in most hospitals.
