Tulsi tea: beneficial in phlegm, cough, cold and asthma
Fresh leaves, dried leaves or powder can also be used to make tea of basil leaves. Basil tea provides relief from phlegm, cough, cold, asthma or bronchitis. Tulsi tea contains ingredients that relieve phlegm and mucus. Also, basil tea has antiseptic, antioxidant and antibacterial properties.
To make Tulsi tea, first boil a glass of water, then add 8 to 10 leaves of Tulsi. Now if you want, you can also add a little ginger and cardamom powder as per the need. Let it boil for 10 minutes, then sieve. Drink honey or lemon juice according to it. Do not add milk or sugar to basil tea, it is good because it reduces its medicinal properties.
Ashwagandha tea: reduces inflammation and infection
Ashwagandha is a medicinal plant, its root is used to make tea, but nowadays the prevalence of tea of its leaves has increased. According to Ayurveda, drinking tea made from the root or leaf of Ashwagandha strengthens the ability to fight against diseases. Its root contains antioxidant, antivenum, antiinflammatory and antitumor properties.
Ashwagandha root, honey and lemon are needed to make Ashwagandha tea. Boil one inch long ashwagandha root in a glass of water. When the water boils, filter it and put it in a cup. Now add a teaspoon of honey and lemon juice as per taste. Ashwagandha tea is beneficial for all children, elderly and women.
Lemon tea: relieves headache, sore throat and swelling
Antioxidants are found in lemon tea. It prevents inflammation, bacterial and viral infections. Lemon-tea is prepared by mixing tea leaves, lemon juice and sugar. Lemon not only enhances the taste but also changes the color. Vitamin-C is found in high quantity in its tea, which increases the ability to fight diseases and fight infection.
