The application process for the recruitment of 1675 posts of Security Assistant/Executive and Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) in Intelligence Bureau has been extended by one week by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Government of India. According to the notification issued by the Ministry on 20 January 2023, the application portal will not be available from 21 January due to technical problems. Candidates will now be able to apply from January 28.

MHA had earlier released recruitment notification for recruitment to over 1600 posts of SA/MTS in Intelligence Department with the application process starting from January 21. MHA has extended the application start date as well as the application last date for IB Recruitment 2023 by one week. Candidates will now be able to apply for this recruitment till 17 February 2023, which was earlier 10 February.

10th pass candidates can apply for this recruitment.

Candidates age should be between 18 to 25 years. On the other hand, for Security Assistant posts, the age of the applicant should not be more than 27 years. In the maximum age limit, 3 years relaxation has been given to OBC candidates and 5 years to SC and ST candidates.

application fee

Candidates applying for these posts will have to pay an application fee of Rs 50 and a recruitment processing fee of Rs 450.
