Andhra Pradesh government (Andhra Pradesh Govt) announced compensation of Rs 10 lakh each to the families of 11 patients of Kovid-19 who lost their lives due to lack of oxygen supply in a hospital in Tirupati. is. Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy announced this during a meeting with the district magistrates through video conference on Tuesday.

In fact, 11 patients of Kovid-19 died on Monday night in the ICU ward of Ruia Hospital in Tirupati due to an obstruction in oxygen supply. Chittoor District Magistrate M Hari Narayanan said that there was a delay of about five minutes in replenishing the liquid medical oxygen due to which the pressure of oxygen was reduced and 11 patients of Kovid-19 died.

Meanwhile, a team of engineers from the Eastern Command of the Indian Navy visited the Ruia Hospital to take stock of the oxygen supply and inspected and gave better advice to the hospital administration.

All opposition parties in the state are blaming Jagan Sarkar for the death of 11 patients of Kovid-19. Opposition parties have also demanded the resignation of the Chief Minister regarding the incident.
