The Delhi High Court has said in an important decision that even a person driving a car is required to wear a mask. The High Court said that the vehicle would be considered a public place. The court said this while giving decision on the challan for not applying the mask of the person driving the car alone. Earlier, a hearing was held in the Delhi High Court on Monday regarding the challaning of a person driving a car without a mask. The bench of Justice Pratibha M Singh had said verbally that if you are driving a car alone then wearing a mask Why so much objection? The court said that this is a matter of your own safety. Everyone can remain so conscious. The bench also said that when the vehicle stops at the traffic signal, many times the driver has to open his side window. This corona virus is so effective that it can make anyone a victim even during this period. The bench said that whatever rules the government is implementing, it is doing to keep you safe, so everyone should avoid making it a matter of importance.
