A Gujarat court on Tuesday acquitted all 22 accused in a murder case during the 2002 Godhra riots. During the 2002 Gujarat riots, the Delol massacre took place in Panchmahal, where 17 minority people were brutally murdered. 22 people were made accused in the case. Defense counsel Gopalsinh Solanki said that the bench of Justice Harsh Trivedi acquitted all the 22 accused. Of these, 8 died during the pendency of the case. According to the lawyer, the sessions court declared him innocent due to lack of evidence.

President Murmu will address the nation today on the eve of Republic Day
President Draupadi Murmu will address the nation today on the eve of Republic Day. This will be his first address on Republic Day after becoming the President. According to Rashtrapati Bhavan, the address will be broadcast from 7 pm onwards on all channels of All India Radio (AIR) and Doordarshan in Hindi and then in English.
Air India changes in-flight alcohol service policy, takes help of US association
Air India has made some changes to the existing in-flight alcohol service policy for better clarity. The US National Restaurant Association’s traffic light system has also been incorporated to help crews identify and manage potential cases of intoxication.
