5G mobile services have started in the country today i.e. from October 1. Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched 5G services at the Indian Mobile Congress. Two big mobile companies have started 5G services in the country. Airtel started 5G in Varanasi and Jio from a village in Ahmedabad. The Chief Ministers of Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat were present during this.

Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani said in the program that 5G is digital Kamdhenu. This technology will bring health, wealth and happiness in the lives of Indians. This will make it possible to provide affordable healthcare service. Ambani said that 5G service will be delivered to every corner of the country by December through Jio. At the same time, Sunil Mittal, chairman of Bharti-Airtel, announced to provide 5G service from today in eight cities of the country including Delhi, Mumbai and Varanasi.

Indian Mobile Congress will run for four days
The sixth edition of the Indian Mobile Congress, the biggest event of the telecom industry, has started at Pragati Maidan in Delhi from October 1. In this event, PM started 5G services. IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnav, Minister of State Devusinh Chauhan were also present with the Prime Minister.

Jio, Vodafone and Airtel gave live demo
To showcase the potential of 5G technology in India, the country’s three major telecom operators presented a use case demonstration each to the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister visited the pavilions of Jio, Airtel and Vodafone Idea.
He viewed the True 5G devices displayed at the Jio Pavilion and experienced the use cases through Jio Glass. He undertook indigenous development of end-to-end 5G technology from a team of young Jio engineers. They were told how 5G can help bridge the gap between urban and rural healthcare.
