TS Transco and TS Gainco are the major power utilities of Telangana.

More attacks on power supply
According to the US company Recorded Future, Chinese hackers have so far carried out cyber attacks at NTPC, 5 Regional Load Dispatch Centers and two ports. Earlier, the same company had revealed the involvement of Chinese hackers behind the blackout in Mumbai last year. So far, Chinese hackers have targeted India’s power supply more. Their sole purpose behind this is to disturb the internal system of the country.

Incidents increased after Galvan violence
Recorded Future claims that Chinese hackers are constantly plotting to hack India’s internal system following the violence in Galvan. He has also been successful in some. He has also advised Indian companies to be alert for this. However, organizations such as the Government’s Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-IN) and the National Critical Information Infrastructure Protection Center (NCIIPC) are closely monitoring this.
