ED interrogated actor Vijay for more than 9 hours, in which many questions were asked regarding the funding of Liger.

South’s superstar Vijay Devarakonda was questioned by ED for 9 hours on Wednesday. Deverakonda had reached the ED office at around 8 am. He was questioned by the investigating agency regarding foreign funding in the film Liger.

After coming out of ED office, Vijay said that getting popularity has some side effects and problems too. When I was called for questioning by the agency, I did my duty. ED did not call me again.

The director and producer have also been questioned
Earlier on November 17, the film’s producer Charmy Kaur and director Puri Jagannadh were also questioned for violating the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA). Actually, Deverakonda made his Bollywood debut through the film Liger. It is a remake of the Tamil film. The budget of the film made in Hindi is said to be around Rs 100 crore.
