After receiving CCTV footage of the incident from the police, Rais Ansari was standing outside his house in Jaffarabad area of North Delhi on Wednesday afternoon when the killers fired at him from very close range. The entire incident is captured in CCTV. In the footage, two men wearing masks can be seen moving towards the nobles. Some children are seen skating nearby.
